Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Loom Pharma and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
