Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Westbrook Ashton Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Cincinnati serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
