Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Silverline Nest Financial serves customers across Toledo with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor spend. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
