Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Health Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
