Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Westbrook Linden Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
