Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Rivermark Meridian Foods is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
