Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Summit Loom Learning Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on learning materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
