Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Drift Arts Center and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on exhibitions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
