Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bluepeak Junction Financial serves customers across Fort Worth with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
