Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bright Telecom Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
