Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Nova Oak Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on procurement. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
