Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak North Pharma Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 332 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
