Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Reno. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
