Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Cedar Farms is an agricultural business based around Baltimore, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
