Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Willow Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
