Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Lumen Rook Housing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 589 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in rent assistance and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
