Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in equipment calibration and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
