Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Harborlight Ember Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on unit turnovers. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
