Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Rivermark North Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
