Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bright Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Grand Rapids with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 262 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in promotions and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on online orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
