Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Amberfield Haven Auto Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Investigate trends in parts orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
