Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Rivermark West Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Cincinnati area. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on group events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
