Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Nova Community Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
