Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 716 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on work orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
