Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Timber Staffing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in client orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on retention. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
