Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Quill Legal Group Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
