Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Clearpath West Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in meter readings and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on hardship programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
