Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Silverline Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on seasonal crews. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
