Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Cedar Ivory Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in client sites and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
