Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Amberfield Willow Property Management Group is a Phoenix property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 635 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
