Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Silverline Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tulsa, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lots. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
