Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Foxglove Junction Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Birmingham supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
