Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Foxglove Glen Legal Group provides legal services in Buffalo across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
