Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Silverline Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Richmond, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical studies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
