Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quarry Environmental Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on landfill records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
