Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Rivermark Pike Learning Group is an education provider in Oklahoma City serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
