Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Medical is a Reno company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on training materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
