Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark West Inspection Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate trends in test reports and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
