Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Nova West Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Fort Worth region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
