Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Amberfield Timber Medical Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
