Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova North Early Learning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
