Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Amberfield Vale Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
