Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Vale Learning Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
