Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Greenridge Summit Medical designs and makes medical devices in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
