Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Bridge Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Boise plant. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
