Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Stonegate Field Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Jackson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
