Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bright Keystone Facilities is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
