Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Westbrook Birch Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Madison, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
