Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Clearpath Kestrel Financial Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
