Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Pine Water Authority is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
